Our Purpose

More than a game.

At Port Arthur F.U.E.L., basketball is more than a game—it’s an opportunity to build a brighter future. We bring young people together through basketball while encouraging education, developing leadership, and building confidence on and off the court.

The 13U Program

Built for players ready to grow.

On the Court

Fundamentals, team concepts, and competitive play that prepare players for the next level.

In the Classroom

We encourage strong study habits and keep education at the center of the program.

In the Community

Players learn to lead, serve, and represent Port Arthur with pride wherever they play.

Built Here

Refinery. Port. Railroad.
Port Arthur.

Our badge honors the industries that built our city—the petrochemical plants, the port, and the railroad—with a basketball rising behind them like the sun. Like the city, our players are built to work hard and built to last.
